KOR PILATES LARCHMONT is a boutique reformer studio built for intentional movement, clear instruction, and real progression. Our six-reformer group classes help students build strength, control, mobility, and confidence in a welcoming setting. 

Beginners can start with KOR Reformer Foundations or choose a private introductory session for one-on-one support.
