Sleighbells on the Avenues Sponsorship Opportunities

Description

The Larchmont Chamber of Commerce will host and participate in several exciting holiday events this season as we celebrate the holidays with "Sleighbells on the Avenues." By doing so, we hope to support our local businesses by inspiring shoppers to come out and shop this holiday season!

We invite you to join us as a sponsor of one or more events. Sponsorship levels and added benefits are listed when you click the "register" button. 

Planned events to date are:

  • Online Holiday Gift Catalog - Nov. launch date

  • Small Business Saturday - 11/25 ("Find Frosty" shop local campaign; promoted via social media etc.)

  • Sleighbells on the Avenues Holiday Event - 12/2 (an exciting and interesting day for everyone to come to town: horse drawn carriages, Santas, carolers, Christmas tree contest)

Presenting Sponsor - Santa & Mrs. Claus  $2,500.00

Presenting sponsor of Santa Claus in Snow Globe with Mrs. Claus at Addison St. Park.

Presenting Sponsor - Digital Holiday Catalog    $1,000.00           

Sponsor - Horse-drawn Carriages $3,500  (Sponsored by Houlihan Lawrence)            

Sponsor - Carolers     $1,500.00 each

2 groups of Carolers will entertain at each carriage stop. Signage at each stop plus opportunity to offer refreshments. 

Sponsor - Elsa & Olaf   $600.00 each  

"Frozen" characters Elsa and Olaf will entertain on both sides of the Village, with signage acknowledging your sponsorship as well as in all social media and press releases.     

Sponsor - Find Frosty  $600.00 

Sponsor a Christmas Tree (5 total)  $300.00 each 

Back by popular demand – here is your opportunity to sponsor a tree to be trimmed by local charities! Voting is by app and the winner receives a $500 check from the Larchmont Chamber. Signage at each tree, plus acknowledgement on all social media and PR.
